Sandres Sandres is a Mining and Technical Services Executive with over 19 years of experience in underground and open‑pit gold mining operations. Currently Technical Services Manager at Freda Rebecca Gold Mine, he leads multidisciplinary teams in mine planning, resource management, contract administration, and operational optimisation. Holding an MSc in Mining Engineering and an MBA in Finance, he combines technical expertise with strategic foresight to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable mining outcomes. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and the Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (SAIMM), and serves as a Council Member of the Association of Mine Managers of Zimbabwe.
