Sharrydon Bright Chinosengwa
A motivated professional metallurgist with extensive experience in mineral processing and extractive metallurgy fields at laboratory, research and plant scale. Possesses a solid understanding of the gold value chain from mining, geology, ore characterization, crushing and milling, flotation, CIP, CIL or VAT leaching, to elution and electrowinning.
Able to design metallurgical test work flowsheets and procedures for plant recovery optimisation, troubleshooting, correct reagent consumption, resolution of process bottlenecks, metallurgical performance analysis and process continuous improvements.
An adaptive results driven critical thinker with strong technical and business acumen in addition to excellent teamwork, collaboration, leadership, problem solving, detail attention and communication skills. Possesses a keen interest in green mining.
