Responsible for Technical visits. He has 14 years open pit and underground mining experience. He is currently works as a Mine Manager for one of the Zimplats Ngezi underground mines. He holds a B Sc. Hons in Mining Engineering (UZ).

With over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, executive management, and technology, Larnston is passionate about launching and growing multi disciplinary startups and equipping and empowering entrepreneurs, executives, and managers to achieve their full potential. The holder of a BSc (Hons) Mining Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe, an MBA – Finance from the same institution, George has more than 20 years mining experience in various minerals including asbestos, iron ore, limestone (in steel and cement), coal and diamonds. He is currently the Mining Superintendent for RZM Murowa

Responsible for Finance and fund raising projects. He has 21 years mining experience. He is currently Mine Manager at Zimplats , Ngwarati mine. He holds a Masters in Business Management from the University of Gloustershire, a Diploma in mining from The Zimbabwe School of mines.
