He is a astute business leader with 18years experience in several mineral commodities namely asbestos, platinum and gold. He has worked in several mining houses in Zimbabwe under several bluechip companies. Harmony holds a BSc Hons in Mining Engineering from the UZ and a Masters in Mining Engineering (MSc) from the University of Witwatersrand. He holds other several professional and leadership qualifications. He currently serves as a council member of the Association of Mine Managers of Zimbabwe. He is a former brigadesman in the Mine Rescue team. Harmony is affiliated to the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM member).
