A motivated professional metallurgist with extensive experience in mineral processing and extractive metallurgy fields at laboratory, research and plant scale. Possesses a solid understanding of the gold value chain from mining, geology, ore characterization, crushing and milling, flotation, CIP, CIL or VAT leaching, to elution and electrowinning.

Able to design metallurgical test work flowsheets and procedures for plant recovery optimisation, troubleshooting, correct reagent consumption, resolution of process bottlenecks, metallurgical performance analysis and process continuous improvements.

Responsible for Technical visits. He has 14 years open pit and underground mining experience. He is currently works as a Mine Manager for one of the Zimplats Ngezi underground mines. He holds a B Sc. Hons in Mining Engineering (UZ).
